Thursday August 27

Free Early Check option for anyone who wants to set up camp and have a chill night before the events start on Friday.

🌿 7-8 pm Sunset Yoga on the Lake – Ground yourself in the beauty of nature
🔥 8-10 pm Bonfire Gathering & Open Mic – Connect, share music, and make new friends
🌙 A Peaceful Evening Under the Stars – Rest up or stay up—it's your journey

Friday August 28
If you took advantage of early check-in we have some special activities you can take part in:

☀️ Wake up at your own pace, sip your coffee by the lake
🧘 10 AM Yoga Class – Start the day with mindful movement
🌲 Guided Nature Hike – Explore the magic of the festival grounds with new friends

Otherwise, check-in between 10 AM and 9 PM, set up your camp, meet your neighbors, and explore the grounds.

🌿 5 pm Meet & Greet by the Lake

🌅 6 pm Sunset Opening Ceremony & Lantern Lighting – Set your intentions for the weekend.
🎶 Music by the Fire – Bring an instrument or just enjoy the vibe.
🧘 Meditation & Grounding Spaces – Take a moment to breathe and connect.
🪩 Indoor/Outdoor Nightclub Parties – Dance under the stars or inside the lodge!

Saturday August 29

Wake up early for yoga, or sleep off your hangover—this is your adventure to create.

🌞 8 am Morning Social – Grab coffee and connect with new friends.

🧘 9 am Morning Yoga – Start your day grounded and refreshed.
🍽️ 10:30 am Drag Brunch – A little sass, a little glitter, and a whole lot of fun.
🌊 Beach Lounging & Swimming – Soak up the sun and cool off in the lake.

🛍️ Lake Side Vendor Marketplace – Find unique, handcrafted, and queer-owned treasures.
🎭 12-4 pm Workshops & Activities – From creativity to spirituality, there’s something for everyone.
🎸 5 pm Afternoon Concert – Enjoy live music with an incredible lineup of artists.
🌅 8 pm Sunset Magic – Watch the sky change colors before the night’s festivities.
🪩 9 pm Glow Party & New Moon Fire Circle – Dance the night away or share stories under the stars.

Sunday August 30

The final day of Stargaze is all about celebration, connection, and unforgettable moments.

🌞 8 am Morning Social – Grab coffee, connect with new friends, and soak in the last day.

🧘 9 am Morning Yoga – Start your day grounded and refreshed.
💋 10:30 Drag Show Variety – Because no wknd is complete w/o some fabulous kings & queens!
🪩 Line Dancing & Parting Party – Keep the energy high and dance into the afternoon.
📱 Exchange Numbers, Hugs & Memories – Leave with a heart full of love and a phone full of new friends.
